Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love everything you order from LOHNR. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made our return and exchange process simple and seamless.


Regular-Priced Merchandise

Refunds: Within 14 days of the delivery date, you can return your item for a refund to your original method of payment. A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from the item’s purchase price to cover return postage and processing.

Please note: Original shipping costs and shipping protection fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.

Exchanges: Within 30 days of the delivery date, you can return your item for free in exchange for LOHNR Store Credit.


How Exchanges Work

We want you to get exactly what you want. Instead of restricting you to the exact same item, all exchanges are issued as LOHNR Store Credit for the full purchase amount of your item.

Start your request in the returns portal and select “Exchange.”

Ship your item back using the provided prepaid label.

Once your return is processed, your LOHNR Store Credit will be issued to your account.

You can use this credit to reorder a new size, try a different color, or purchase a completely new product.


Free Gift Return Policy

From time to time, LOHNR may offer complimentary gifts with qualifying orders.

If a return causes the final kept order value to no longer meet the original promotion requirements, any complimentary gift included with the order must also be returned in its original condition and packaging.

If the complimentary gift is not returned, the retail value of the gift may be deducted from your refund or store credit.

If your final kept order value still meets the promotion requirements after your return, you are welcome to keep the complimentary gift.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is missing an item, please contact us at hello@lohnr.com within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve this with a free replacement, no return required.

Please do not use the returns portal for these issues.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed

In original condition

With all original tags attached

Free of stains, odors, or damage, including deodorant marks

Returned in original packaging, if available

Any complimentary gifts that are required to be returned under our Free Gift Return Policy must also be returned in original condition and packaging.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions. If a return does not meet our requirements, it may be sent back to you at your expense or disposed of if no response is received.

Once submitted, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Simply print the label and drop off your package with your local carrier.
