RETURNS & STORE CREDIT POLICY
At Lohnr, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have two ways to return it — and one of them gets you more back, faster.
YOUR TWO RETURN OPTIONS
Option 1 — Instant Store Credit (recommended)
Return for Lohnr Store Credit and we'll waive the return shipping fee entirely. You'll receive 100% of your item's product price back as store credit (shipping fees paid at checkout are not included), issued within 24 hours of your package's first carrier scan — no waiting for your return to reach our warehouse. You have 30 days from delivery to start a store credit return. Your credit works like cash at Lohnr and can be used on a different size, a different color, or anything else in the store.
Option 2 — Refund to Original Payment Method
Return for a refund to your original form of payment. Refunds cover the product price only — any shipping fees paid at checkout are never refunded. A $15 fee for your prepaid return shipping label will also be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed 2–3 weeks after drop-off, once your return has been received at our returns hub, inspected, and processed. You have 14 days from delivery to start a refund return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with all original tags still attached, and free of stains, odors, or damage — including makeup and deodorant marks. Please include the original packaging where possible.
Returns that arrive not meeting these conditions cannot be accepted and will be ineligible for store credit or refund. If your return fails inspection, we'll contact you at the email on your order.
SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
All returns — whether for store credit or a refund — are based on the product price only. Any shipping fees paid on your original order, including expedited shipping and shipping protection, are non-refundable under all circumstances.
HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Visit our Returns Portal: https://returns.g2rl.com/?marketplaceid=Lohnr
2. Enter your order number and ZIP code.
3. Select the items you'd like to return, and under "Why are you returning this?" choose either Store Credit — Free Prepaid Return Label or Refund — $15 Return Label Fee.
4. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print it, attach it to your package, and drop it off with your local carrier.
5. Store credit is issued within 24 hours of your drop-off scan. Refunds are issued 2–3 weeks after drop-off, following receipt and inspection.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please do not use the returns portal. Email us at hello@lohnr.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a free replacement — no return required.
STORE CREDIT DETAILS
Lohnr Store Credit is issued for the full product price of your returned item(s), excluding any shipping fees paid at checkout, and does not expire. Credit is redeemable on any Lohnr purchase. For questions about your credit balance, contact hello@lohnr.com.
