You can easily start a return or exchange through our online returns portal.
Click Start a Return or Exchange, enter your order details, and follow the simple steps. Once submitted, you’ll receive a prepaid USA return label via email so you can quickly drop your package off with your local carrier.

We offer a simple, seamless return and exchange process.
- Refunds: You have 14 days from delivery to return an item for a refund to your original payment method. A $15 return shipping fee applies, which is deducted directly from the item's purchase price.
- Free Exchanges: You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for free in exchange for LOHNR Store Credit.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. (Note: Original shipping costs and shipping protection fees are non-refundable).

We want you to get exactly what you want. Instead of restricting you to the exact same item, all exchanges are issued as LOHNR Store Credit for the full purchase amount of your item.
Simply initiate an exchange in our returns portal and ship your item back using the prepaid label. Once your return is processed, your store credit will be issued to your account so you can purchase a new size, a different color, or a completely new style!

We offer free returns for store credit (exchanges) within 30 days of delivery.
If you prefer a cash refund to your original payment method (available within 14 days of delivery), a $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from the cost of your item(s) to cover the prepaid USA shipping label and processing. Original shipping costs and protection fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected at our USA facility, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 2–3 weeks from the time you ship your return for the full process to complete.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is missing entirely, please contact us directly at hello@lohnr.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will resolve this immediately with a free replacement—no return required.

No — items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Returns that show signs of wear, washing, stains, or odors will not be accepted.
