How do I redeem my points?
Once you have enough points, open your rewards dashboard and select an available store-credit reward. Follow the displayed instructions to apply it to an eligible future Lohnr order.
Do my rewards expire?
Yes. Purchase points remain active for six months from the date they are earned. Check your dashboard and reward reminders so you have time to use them.
When does partner-offer credit appear?
Partner rewards are added after the offer provider verifies that you completed the required milestone and met the offer terms. Verification timing can vary by offer.
Are the same game offers available to everyone?
