DO NOT USE THE RETURNS PORTAL. If there is any issue with your product, please email hello@lohnr.com immediately. We will issue an instant refund or replacement—there is no need to ship the damaged item back to us.

14-Day Easy Returns
Not the right fit? Return unworn items within 14 days for a cash refund. A $15 shipping fee is deducted from the refund total.

Ship It Back
Drop your package off with the carrier. Items must be unworn with original tags.
