Process both in the same portal. Use the return reason drop-down to select Exchange for 100% store credit (free shipping), or pick any other reason for a Refund ($15 fee deducted).

How It Works

Start your request

Click "Open Portal" above. Select your item, then use the "Why are you returning this?" drop-down to choose either Exchange or a standard refund reason.

Ship it back

A prepaid USA shipping label will be emailed to you. Print it and drop off at your nearest post office.

Receive your credit or refund

Once we receive your item at our USA facility, your Shop account store credit or refund will be processed.

Please do not use the returns portal for quality issues. Contact our team directly and we'll arrange an instant replacement or full refund — no return shipping required, no fees.
