Lohnr Shipping Guarantee
Every Lohnr order is covered by our Lohnr Shipping Guarantee at no extra cost.
If your order is lost in transit, damaged in transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact our support team and we will help review the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another resolution after reviewing the claim.
For packages marked as delivered, we may ask you to first check with your household, neighbors, building front desk, mailroom, or local carrier office, as packages are sometimes marked delivered shortly before they arrive.
Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages should be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date or the most recent tracking update.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Lohnr is not responsible for the issue.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once fulfillment has started.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

Store Credit
Store credit has no cash value and may only be used toward future purchases on our website.
Store credit cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash unless required by law.
If an order placed with store credit is returned, the eligible amount may be reissued as store credit.
