Shipping Policy

At Lohnr, we work to get your order processed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.

During high-volume periods, product launches, sales, holidays, or restocks, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped.

United States: 4–8 business days
Canada: 6–12 business days
International: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and carrier availability

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Free Shipping

Lohnr offers free standard shipping on eligible orders that meet the current free shipping threshold shown at checkout.

Shipping rates and available methods may vary based on your location, order value, and selected shipping option.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package. If your tracking has not updated immediately, this does not mean your order has not shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout, Lohnr is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, or delivered to the wrong address. If you notice an address issue, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with neighbors, your front desk, building mailroom, or local carrier office.

If your package appears lost or has not updated for an extended period of time, please contact us and we will help review the issue with you.

Shipping Protection

If shipping protection was purchased at checkout, eligible lost, stolen, or damaged package claims may be covered according to the protection terms shown at checkout.

If shipping protection was not purchased, Lohnr is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession, but our support team will still do our best to assist.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage fees that may be charged by their country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout. Lohnr is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in more than one package depending on item availability, warehouse location, or fulfillment timing.

If your order ships separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Preorder or Backorder Items

If your order contains a preorder or backorder item, your order may ship once all items are available unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Estimated preorder shipping windows are provided on the product page when applicable and may change due to production or carrier delays.
